Purchase, Exchange, and Return Policies

Exchange Policy:

  1. Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided by the store within seven days from the date of receipt of the product. The consumer does not have the right to exchange the product after the seven-day period.
  2. In order to exchange the product, it must be in its original condition, and the consumer should not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before accepting the exchange to ensure its condition. The consumer will bear the shipping costs if they wish to exchange the product. For international exchanges, the consumer is responsible for the full shipping costs and delivering the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

The consumer does not have the right to exchange the product in the following cases:

  1. If the product was made according to the consumer’s request or according to specifications they set, except for products that are defective or do not match the specifications set by the consumer.
  2. If the product is a video tape, CDs, DVDs, or software that has been used.
  3. If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other literary works.
  4. If a defect in the product appears due to poor handling by the consumer.
  5. If the contract involves providing lodging, transport, or meals.
  6. If the contract involves the purchase of software download products online.

Return Policy:

  1. The consumer does not have the right to return the product after the seven-day period.
  2. In order to return the product, it must be in its original condition, and the consumer should not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before accepting the return to ensure its condition.
  3. The consumer will bear the costs associated with the return process. For international returns, the consumer is responsible for the full shipping costs and delivering the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
